“The Memorial Hall in Great Wilbraham proved to be an excellent venue for our Golden Wedding Celebration. There was generous space for the caterers to serve a buffet lunch for 70 seated at ten tables set up in the light and airy main hall, leaving room for guests to socialise and enjoy the mocktails made by the grandchildren, who also made good use of the playing fields when the weather permitted and the additional smaller room during the showers. The various facilities are all conveniently accessible and easy to use, the kitchen very well-equipped. The Hall Secretary was very helpful throughout, enabling us to have a good look round before booking and then to have access to the building in advance to finalise our plans and set up some of the bunting (there are hooks all around the walls) and other decorations. We’ve had lots of very positive feedback from guests and many have specifically mentioned the quality of the venue. So, we would thoroughly recommend the Memorial Hall for any similar event.”

"Attended the Craft & Food day, which had good stalls, and a good lunch offer. The hall itself is pretty new, and well appointed, very suitable for the kind of events that village halls host. Parking and access for disabled people looked to be working effectively."
“Great place for conferences, with a modern bright and airy main hall with projector facilities, and potential for a small stage/podium and good acoustics. 2nd room available for smaller committee meetings and spacious kitchen for serving lunches etc. Overlooks the recreational ground with covered veranda for some fresh air/breaks. Great space!”
“A beautiful, clean, modern hall, very well designed, a nice green to walk out to on a sunny day. Hope I get chance to go there again. Fab place.”
